Who we are
Six One Eight Consulting, a corporation organized in South Carolina, United States, operates Garra. These terms are between you and Six One Eight Consulting only, and not with Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for Garra, Garra Coach, and their content.

The agreement
These terms cover Garra on iPhone and Apple Watch, Garra Coach, and the marketing site at www.garrafit.app. They do not cover our internal staff dashboard.
Creating an account, starting a trial, or subscribing means you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
Nothing here changes the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Accounts
You sign in with Apple or Google. The training log on an account stays on that account. Sign in as yourself. Apple Family Sharing is how a household shares a subscription.
You can sign out in the app. Garra’s About & account screen has rows for deleting an account and exporting data. Those rows are not a working server wipe or export yet. Email privacy@garrafit.app. We will delete the account and the training data we hold, or send you a copy of what we have. The Privacy Policy describes what that includes.
Garra Pro
Garra on iPhone is a subscription named Garra Pro. There is no free tier. An active trial or an active subscription is what opens the product.
Apple sells and bills both plans. Both renew automatically.

The price Apple charges is the price the App Store shows for your storefront when you subscribe. Outside the United States that price can differ.
Each plan offers one 14-day free trial, if that Apple ID has not already used the Garra Pro trial. One Apple ID gets the trial once, across both plans. When the trial ends, the plan you chose renews and Apple charges the price shown at purchase, unless you canceled first.
A plan renews until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, in iPhone Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
We do not bill you ourselves, and we do not issue the refund. If Apple refunds a purchase, that refund is Apple’s. We do not sell promo codes or a lifetime unlock.
Apple Family Sharing
Family Sharing is Apple’s. It is Apple Family Sharing on the Garra Pro plans, and it is not a separate plan we sell.
Both plans have Family Sharing turned on. One subscription can cover members of an Apple Family, up to six. Each person signs in to their own Garra account and keeps their own record.
If an Apple ID is no longer on that shared subscription, the record stays. Adding to it takes a Garra Pro subscription, or a purchase you restore that Apple still honors.
Garra Coach
Garra Coach is free. A Garra Pro subscription is not required to use it. We do not charge for Garra Coach.
A coach sees an athlete’s workouts and progress only after that athlete approves. The coach cannot start or edit the athlete’s sessions. The athlete can remove the coach in Settings › Coaches.
The service
Garra is a training log for football. You build a session, run it, and keep the record. The Apple Watch app mirrors a live session. The iPhone owns session state.
We license the apps to you. The license is non-transferable. It covers use on Apple-branded products you own or control, as the Apple Media Services Terms allow. Other accounts tied to the purchaser may use the apps through Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
We maintain the apps and answer support@garrafit.app. Apple has no obligation to maintain or support them.
We can change features. A change does not rewrite the price or the period Apple already showed you for a purchase you made.
Your training record
What we collect, how long we keep it, and how to ask for a copy or a deletion are in the Privacy Policy. These terms do not change that policy.
Acceptable use
Use Garra for your own training. Use Garra Coach for athletes who approved you.
You may not:
- Break into the service or into another account.
- Scrape or resell the catalog, or someone else’s training log.
- Use either app to contact an athlete outside an approved coach grant.
There is no social feed, no public profile, and no messages between accounts.
We can suspend an account that breaks these terms. Email support@garrafit.app if you think we got that wrong.
You must follow the third-party terms that apply to how you use the apps, including your wireless carrier’s data agreement.
Apple
If an app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for that app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the apps. Any other claim, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense from a failure to conform to a warranty is our responsibility.
We, not Apple, handle claims about the apps or about your possession and use of them. That includes product liability claims, claims that an app fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection, privacy, or similar law, including claims connected to HealthKit. These terms do not limit our liability to you beyond what applicable law allows.
If a third party claims that an app, or your possession and use of it, infringes their intellectual property, we, not Apple, are responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
You represent that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that the U.S. Government has designated as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. Once you accept them, Apple has the right to enforce them against you.
Changes
We post updates on this page and change the date at the top. If you keep using Garra after that date, the updated terms apply. The billing terms Apple showed you at purchase still govern that purchase.
